The JASAL2020 post-conference page has been updated to include links to presentation videos. JASAL now has a YouTube channel, and presentation videos can be found there. We would like to ask that you please subscribe to our account. If we can get 100 subscribers, we will be able to give custom names to our channels. Thank you!
Registration is now open.
As announced by email and through our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, JASAL2020 will be an online conference. The deadline for presentation proposals has been extended to Sept. 14th. Undergraduate presentations are welcome, and there will also be a separate student forum on a different date in the fall semester. Click on the poster to download it, and please share with anyone who might be interested! For more info, check the conference page.
The Online Student Forum was held on Saturday, July 4, 2020 on Zoom. Twenty-two student participants from seven universities met to share online activities and issues, and they enjoyed coming up with new ideas. There were also 22 teacher participants, who had their own discussion time and observed part of the students’ discussion. See the event page for some photos.
The call for presentations is now open for JASAL2020 National Conference, being held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Tokyo International University, Saitama and/or online (final decisions on format to be made after the summer break). See the call for presentations for more information, and check the conference page for updates.
Submit your proposal here.

Please encourage your students to join. Teachers/advisors/administrative staff members are welcome to observe. More info and a link to the sign-up form can be found below:
